ABOUT US
Our farm was founded in 2017 in a picturesque region at the foot of the Ile-Alatau Mountains.
The farm includes its own feedlots for livestock, a slaughterhouse, meat processing plant, apiaries, a honey packing and processing shop, apple orchards, greenhouses, cafes.

We strive to convey the natural taste and keep the quality bar high.
Caring for nature
We use the principles of permacultural design in the organization of our work. We do not use any artificial fertilizers or pestisides.

Our Products
Taldy Meat
Our farm has been breeding breeding sheep of the
Hampshire-Suffolk breed since 2017.
In addition to the free grazing of livestock, a large feedlot has been created where we feed the sheep only with fresh grass.
The farm has its own slaughterhouse that meets all sanitary requirements, as well as Halal standards
Taldy Honey
Having vast fields and mountains, we have pristine nature, where more than a hundred medicinal plants grow: esparcet, sweet clover, licorice. Here bees extract liquid gold-honey.
Our apiary is nomadic, which allows us to extract honey from the earliest spring to late autumn. Meadow, mountain, forest grasses – they all replace each other, allowing us to collect the best types of honey
Taldy Gardens
Our garden is located in a unique climatic zone designed specifically for growing organic apples and grapes.
Apples love the changeability of the seasons, foothills and a mild climate.
There are more than 2000 hectares of apple orchards in the region, with many of which we cooperate.
